The App targets users aged 18 and older in good health. Minors under 18 require parental or guardian consent and supervision.

2. Health and Safety Disclaimers

Physical activity, including exercises and stretching in the App, involves inherent risks of injury, strain, or health issues. Consult your physician or qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program in Trammel Fitness. This applies especially if you:

• Have pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., heart disease, high blood pressure, joint issues, or chronic pain).
• Are pregnant, postpartum, or recently gave birth.
• Are over 40, overweight, or have a family history of health problems.
• Have not exercised regularly recently.

Follow Your Doctor's Instructions: Adhere to your healthcare provider's advice or restrictions. Avoid App features conflicting with medical recommendations.

Fitness Level and Suitability: Workouts and stretching routines are general, not personalized to your fitness level, age, or health status. Assess your physical condition and ensure fitness to participate. Start slowly, listen to your body, and stop immediately for pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, nausea, or unusual symptoms. Seek medical attention if needed.

Stretching Disclaimers: Stretching improves flexibility and recovery but risks injury if done incorrectly or excessively. Warm up properly, avoid bouncing or forcing movements, and stop at pain. Consult a professional for joint, muscle, or mobility issues.

The App may feature user-generated content or community elements; we do not verify accuracy or safety. Use at your own risk.
